Kalpana Thapa Dulal has worked in sound healing for over a decade. She began in 2012 as a singing bowl healer at the Golden Temple Singing Bowl and Healing Center in Kathmandu, trained as a healing therapist under Guru Swami Chaitanya, and completed her yoga teacher training at Nepal Yoga Academy in 2018.
She describes herself as Nepal's first certified female sound healing instructor. In her words: “When I began my journey in holistic health over a decade ago, traditional sound therapy in Nepal was predominantly led by male monks and healers.”
At Rising Lotus in Boudha she teaches the dawn Hatha and Ashtanga classes.
