Are the singing bowls hand-hammered?

We carry both. Hand-hammered bowls are beaten into shape and carry several tones at once, which is why they cost more; machine-made bowls are lighter, consistent and affordable. Each product page says which kind it is.

Can I try a singing bowl before buying?

Yes. You can experience bowls in our sound baths and healing sessions. Visit our healing page to book a session, or message us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit to the studio.

Do you ship outside Kathmandu?

Orders are collected at the Boudha studio. For shipping outside Kathmandu, message us on WhatsApp and we arrange it case by case.

What size should a beginner buy?

Read our post 'The First Bowl' for guidance on choosing size and type. For personalized advice, message us on WhatsApp or join one of our sound healing sessions at the studio.
